Based on reports in the media and from local forest rangers, we must assume that the wolf is also present in the area around the Hilversumsche Golf Club.
The chance that you will encounter a wolf remains relatively small and wolves do not pose a threat to people in advance.

If you do encounter a wolf in the course, it is important to adhere to a number of basic rules:

• Try to remain calm.
• Keep your distance from the wolf, preferably 100 metres.
• Does the wolf come too close? Do not run away but slowly distance yourself, speak loudly and make gestures.
• Do not chase the wolf.
• Do not feed or lure the wolf.

 

The following rules do not apply to our site, but we would like to pass them on anyway:

• Stay on the permitted paths and roads.
• Keep your dog on a short leash.
